"When I decided to start preparing for retirement, we were living in Alabama. I told my wife that we are relocating to Arizona and having a new home build as our retirement home. My wife thought I was crazy. And so it happened. In 2019, I made the decision to retire. We knew we wanted to live in a family safe city within a 20-30 mile radius of Phoenix, AZ. That’s when I started looking for a reliable realtor in the Phoenix metropolitan area and the surrounding cities. I Google searched for new homes for sale and I came across a home of interest. And the home builder, Fulton Homes popped up. Fulton Homes is a very reputable home builder in Arizona that builds beautiful custom quality homes. I called Fulton Homes and spoke to a sales associate. They told me that a new community located in Goodyear (25 miles west of Phoenix) has just been released and available to buy. I immediately called Heather about it and she contacted the builder on my behalf. Heather arranged a ZOOM meeting with us and the Fulton Homes sales associate. She's a fantastic age"
